VERITY HOPE !
I have opened up a second Etsy shop. This new shop calle:
will concentrate on the original country aprons and clothing and general pretty things etc. If I ever do make more Verity Hope dresses, this is where I will post them for sale.
I do have a couple of pairs of pantaloons and a few Kitty pinafores sitting unfinished in the store room so eventually these will go up for sale but ... not just yet! May even be next year before I can get back to those again.
In the meantime here are some country aprons currently available in the new shop:
Meanwhile I'll be concentrating on these in the usual shop:
These are my AMELIE dolls.
I simply cannot stop making them. Amelie is French.
Amelie's main interests are classical music, particularly Mozart and the Straus family, going to the coffee houses in Vienna and visiting the ballet.
Although she is French, she is currently residing in 'Wien' with her best friend Amadeus who is a native to Austria. You can see a larger version of Amadeus in my Etsy shop.
Amelie comes in many guises but her character always stays the same. A good all round citizen... let's say 'a jolly good egg!'
She is extremely independant and for such a small age is extremely well travelled, particularly around Europe.
It's nice that she is able to pop back to her family in Paris simply by hopping on the train. The train ride through Europe is one of her favourite scenes and she and Amadeus, are frequently seen hopping off at various stations along the way. Another visit to Salzburg perhaps?
